Raw Vegan? Clean Vegan?? Gluten Free Vegan??? What is a Vegan????

A Vegan is a vegetarian who consumes nothing from or which once had a face, a mama or a papa.

A Raw Vegan is someone who only consumes plant foods in their natural state - nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, and some sprouted grains/legumes. A Clean Vegan is someone who consumes both raw and cooked nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, grains/legumes. A Gluten Free Vegan is someone who consumes both raw and cooked nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, and legumes. What do they all have in common? NO REFINED FOODS!

I will teach you how to make this lifestyle sing! I will assess your tools and assist you with learning how and where to shop for a healthy new you! Then we will cook meals together in your own home. Think it's all about tofu, tempeh and rabbit food? It doesn't have to be, nor should it - you will learn the absolute best ways to prepare healthy vegan meals made only from whole foods. The level of Veganism is up to you!
